Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing with SUPER Avatar.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help assist your needs. Let us know your concern and we will solve your problem for you at our very best effort.

1. Incorrect Product(s) Received
You may return incorrect, new, unopened product(s) within 7 days of delivery for an exchange.
Steps to return: 1. Reach out to us via Whatsapp Live Chat at bottom left corner. Our team will be there to assist you.
2. Provide us proof of image and your order details.
3. When verified, kindly return product(s) in original condition fully bubble wrapped provided by our team.
4. Once we have checked and confirm the product(s), you will receive your return product(s) within 3-5 working days. We will ship to the same shipping address. We will also pay the return shipping cost as it is the result of our error.
If the product(s) has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any return/ refund/ exchange.
2. Missing Item(s)
You may request for missing item(s) within 7 days of delivery for an exchange.
Steps to replace:
1. Reach out to us via Whatsapp Live Chat at bottom left corner. Our team will be there to assist you.
2. Provide us proof of image and your order details.
3. Once we have checked and confirm the item(s), you will receive your return product within 3-5 working days. We will ship to the same shipping address. We will also bear the shipping cost as it is the result of our error.
If the products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund/ replacement.
3. Defect/Faulty Item(s) Received
You may exchange defect/faulty item(s) within 7 days of delivery for a replacement.
Steps to return:

2. Provide us proof of image and order details
3. Once we have checked and confirm the defect/faulty item(s), you will receive your return item(s) within 3-5 working days. We will ship to the same shipping address. We will also pay the return shipping cost as it is the result of our error.

If the item(s) has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any return/refund/exchange.

4. Refund
All goods sold are non refundable when received in new and good condition.
